Offering is a Christian band based out of Richmond, VA. They lead worship in a variety of churches as well as play in public venues like coffee houses, outdoor festivals, and restaurants. Offering's general music style is an acoustic rock sound based on guitar and piano, supplemented by strings, flute, and world percussion.

Offering has followed its self-titled first CD by releasing this Christmas album, Comfort and Joy. It is a musically diverse cd, with something for everyone on it.
