Off Track is a young, up and coming power trio from San Diego, California with tons of energy and a love for music that shows in their debut CD:"Concrete Dreams"
Off Track formed its foundation in 1996 when original members shared their passion for music in middle school band. Diverse musical experiences and training helped them grow and create a unique identity. A creative approach to entertainment and music leads to a fun and exciting atmosphere wherever Off Track may go. The group is now dedicated to sharing their strong, three part harmonies, wild stage antics, and memerable songs with the world.
All of the members have strong musical backgrounds and have influences from all over the music world that they bring together to create an explosive blend of what fans and freinds call, "tube sock, pop rock".
They mix theory with feel and put it together in this twelve song cd.
No matter what kind of music you like or listen to, you'll like this album.
There's something on there for everyone. So give this rockin, poppin, sing-alongin cd a listen!
Off Track has rocked for many years in various venues and has had several articles in the "San Diego Reader" magazine. The band has enjoyed winning numerous Battles of the Bands including, Sugarlite Productions, First Night Escondido New Year's Eve, and Escondido Iceoplex / 92.1 FM. Early in their career, Off Track made an appearance in Cameron Crowe's movie "Almost Famous", which premiered in September of 2000. They can also be heard on an Avril Lavigne compilation cd performing one of her singles with Off Track style.
The band is currently making big plans for the future and is working hard for exposure and the support of those in the music world. Keep your eyes and ears open for Off Track in the future! Check them out at www.offtrackmusic.com
