4 young adults creating music to please the masses. With music that fuses together genres of every style.
7 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Modern Rock, ROCK: Hard Rock
Details:
Sporadic Theory.
A group of 4 people, coming together, and having an all out great time. Writing music. Making videos. and whatever else the mind can think of.
Their CD "Unify" just goes out and shows exactly what Sporadic Theory does.
The songs were writen over the years, from when the band first started out, to the month before they hit the studio. The song "Cassette Tape" is actually the 2nd song EVER writen by the band, and the song "Outspoken Sins" was their newest before hitting the studio. This just goes to show you the amount of talent has been with the band, throughout their experiences together.
The band started off with 4 members. Chris, on bass, Drew, on drums, and Matt and Mark on guitars, however, soon after they began Matt and Mark left the band. With them leaving however, came Nick, Sporadic Theory's present guitarist. At the first practice they started writing original music and learning covers for shows. Nick would also be filling in the Vocal duties.
About 9 months after Nick had joined the band, with 10 great original songs and many shows under their belt, the decision was made to find a perminent singer, and with that, Nick had the idea of trying out his younger sister, Aki. When she first stepped up to the mic and the first note left her mouth, the band knew they had a keeper.
They started teaching her the songs and lyrics, wrote a new song, and played their first show with her all in 3 weeks. The fans who were listening to her were stuned. Not only that she learnt all of it in 3 weeks, but she was only 12 at the time too!
After that, they started writing new material, and booked studio time, and here we are today!
The Artwork for the CD is COMPLETELY done by Aki. Not a big company. Just Aki. With photos by Mum.
