Solid rock sounds with a wall of guitar attack. This release encompasses a variety of styles from moody power ballads to an in-your-face full-out assualt. Rock music for the masses.
11 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Hard Rock, ROCK: Modern Rock
Details:
March of the Bastards is the third release from Shaman's Harvest. The six member band from Jefferson City, Missouri has been playing Midwest clubs and outdoor festivals for a decade. The cohesion and timing of the band is reflected in their music, hard rock countered with reflective ballads. The members are multi-talented giving Shaman's Harvest's music a layered texture supported with a wall of guitars and a musical range accented by slide guitar and harmonica. All the songs are laced together with lyrics sharp as razor wire to make sure the point is driven home.
In 1999 Shaman's Harvest released Last Call for Goose Creek featuring âNaonnaâ that captured second place in the John Lennon Songwriting Competition. The band continued their unwavering course, releasing Synergy in 2003 with two singles receiving radio support. âThe Walkâ received airplay nationwide. The hard-driven March of the Bastards is due to be released in 2006.
March of the Bastards is topical and hard-hitting in that it has a theme of war and waste and loss. Shaman's Harvest is currently making a video for the first single âThe Offering.â
