The ten rock tracks prove this band, which has only been together several months, can deliver the goods. The BRIGADE, which currently consists of Sullivan on vocals, guitar and piano, Steve Glover on drums, Billy Gluckin on bass and Russ Rogers on guitar, is a force both live on stage as well as in the recording studio.
From the edgy political rocker of "Bad Politician" to the days gone by grooves of "Those Saturday Nights" to the acoustic ballad of "No Matter Where We Are", Sullivan's poignant songs showcase a wide range of rock influences, ranging from the Foo Fighters, The Who, Bruce Springsteen and Ben Folds Five. Recorded at the acclaimed Sabella Studios, THE JOHN SULLIVAN BRIGADE's CD also features Kelly Tyrrel on bass, Gary Sherman on backing vocals and Jim Graseck on violin.
