"Holy crap, it's like Dave Mustaine actually grew a pair and moved into the modern age of metal! Awesome guitar work on this (I Fall Down) one!"
- orchestraoffools from West Plains, Missouri on 2Aug2005
"I loved the intro, very unusual. I also love the changes. This song (I Fall Down) works well all around. The singer has a great voice and the band is very tight. This song makes you listen and then punches you right in the face. Good job.

Crawling from the cities intestines, the creature comes forth. Bullets can't stop it, rockets can't stop it, we may have to use nuclear force! Drums and bass are sprinting to keep this one in the tube. Six-string shotgun has blown out my ears, but that's ok they'll grow back. Wailing and screaming, the banshee running the show up front does a great job of presenting the lyric with power and force. Similar to Rob Halfords style. Screams, whispers and mid ranges are pulled off very well. Spooky yet admirable mood and beat, and produced and mixed pretty good, this project warrants praise. The creature will never return to the infested bowels of whence it came.

Re: opening track - "Prelude to a Set"...
"I really like the sound. It's very gritty. The guitar, vocals and drums haven't been prettied up and that makes this style of music 1000 times more effective.
I thought the riffs were great, I loved the chorus, although it was very Soundgarden-ish, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
