Details:
I am the first and only son born from Ms Cynthia Tolbert. I was raised in NYC. I have four sibliings younger than I. Sisters, Celeste, Robin,Crystal and my brother Gerard. There has always been a very competitive atmosphere here in New York. I was eager to succeed and accepted the challenge. My mom was seperated from my dad now deceased deacon Gerald Arthur Seabrooks retired NYC Sanitation worker. Mom has tremendous love for her children. Mom worked hard and long hours. We always encourage each other to achieve our goals. Mom studied and took the GED exam and passed. Mom got a better job working at the Supreme Court as a Clerk in NYC. Mom recently retired. My love for my mother is the reason I wrote the Mother's Day song. The love of God in me is the catalyst for all of the songs I write. I graduated High School at John Bowne in Flushing NY. I have some college credits mostly from York College CUNY. I presently evangelize as I drive Buses for MTA/NYCTA. Most passengers know me as Mr. Hallelujah. I have over twenty years as a U.S. Army veteran. I worked with the Chaplains of the Eighty Second Airborne Division Command N.C. I was baptised at Mount Olive Baptist Church in Spring Lake N.C.
Contact Gerald Seabrooks @ jerryseaoflove@aol.com or 917-535-4640. Thank You and Praise God in the Highest form, Hallelujah!
I would like to give thanks to God,to my Uncle Bobby Tolbert for writing the song, I will be Faithful to you Lord. All other songs on the CD were written by me with the help of God. I would also like to thank Mr.Mark Bass of Mark Bass Productions in N.Y.C. for all of the Music Production. Mark Bass performed on all instruments as well as edited all songs, except for Faithful Unto Death and Faithful Unto Death remix produced by Kenny and Lonnie Barker of Tequila Sunrise Recording, Gaston, N.C.
Most of you know me from operating NYC Buses. I evangelize and sing happy birthday to my passengers. I am known as Mr. Hallelujah. Praise God in the Highest! Hosanna!
I will update the CD from time to time. I have some songs and music arrangements to add. Feel free to give your review of the CD at the bottom of this page. Thank you for your support in spreading The Gospel of Jesus Christ. Love is a Panacea = cure all. God is Love in any language. I recently joined Allen (AME)African Methodist Episcopal Church located at Merrick blvd and 110th ave. Rev.Floyd and Ellaine Flake Pastors. I have over twenty years of military service in the US Army reserves. When you don't see me at church I am most likely supporting troops and community functions by playing percussion with the 319th AG Army Band, 77th RRC.
