Kathryn Seifert received her Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore Campus in 1995. Dr. Seifert has had over 30 years experience in mental health, addictions, and criminal justice work. Dr. Seifert has authored articles and lectured nationally and internationally on youth and adult violence and sexual offending. She founded Eastern Shore Psychological Services, a multidisciplinary private practice that specializes in working with high-risk youth and their families and the Seifert Enrichment Centre, a facility for enrichment arts and wellness activities.

She has created two guided imagery CD and journal sets, Pathways to Inner Peace and Healing from Loss. These self-help sets are based on her training and experience as a psychotherapist and her background in humanistic psychology. You will find them helpful and soothing. The Inner Peace Cd is written more for those who may be dealing with a chronic medical illness or injury. Healing for loss will help cope with the pain of having lost a loved one.
