Selfless is inspired by a love for music, We have a driving passion to express our thoughts and views through our music, through what we hear inside. We are inspired by too many to list, but we believe all contribute to our style....

Selfless was created in the garage like so many other bands out there. The four of us came together with a focus to create music and express ourselves and our views. When we write music we don't slave over pen and paper trying to force something cool to come out. We hit record and just start playing and we are suprised everytime by how it just comes out and sounds like we have practiced it over and over. Writing like this is so liberating we never have to struggle through anything. In 2004 we scratched our song list from almost 40, down to 11 and began recording for our debut album "Remember."
Doing everything out of pocket, it took almost a year to finish it and we wouldn't trade the experience for anything. We are currently in the studio working on our next album scheduled for release in early 2006
