Zoe Erisman, pianist and composer, is a retired Professor at the University of Colorado at Denver. Her concertizing career has included two European tours, two tours in China, and solo concerts in Russia, Italy, Germany, England, Turkey, Macedonia, and Mexico. She has performed solo concerts at the Moskow Conservatory and at Wigmore Hall in London. The Orion recording âZoe Erisman, pianist, plays Shostakovichâ was released in Japan, Israel, Europe and the U.S and received favorable reviews in Ovation and American Record Guide. Her TV and radio appearances include airplay in U.S., Russia, and China. She organized and performed 16 sonatas in the UCD Beethoven Piano Sonata Cycle along with Menahem Pressler, Ann Schein, Anton Kuerti, and Claude Frank.
