A versatile and exceptionally gifted performer, Samuel Joseph was born in Australia where he won the coveted Technics National Keyboard Competition in 1993. He carved a distinguished reputation performing in piano bars, clubs and hotels in his native Melbourne and since 1996 he has performed internationally in five star hotels and onboard cruise ships, as well as exclusive private performances at the mansion of Australian billionaire Richard Pratt.

Samuel's vast repertoire focuses on the cream of standards from the American songbook as well as contemporary pop and Broadway material. He crafts his original interpretations with impeccable taste and vitality and his arrangements are all his own. His performance style is characterized by flair and vibrancy and consumate style, evoking images of bygone eras of musical elegance.

In 2005 Expressions Productions released Stolen Moments, Samuel's collection of pop and classic instrumental standards. This recording went on to sell over 6 000 copies throughout Australia and New Zealand. In addition he has written for stage and screen, most notably the score for his original musical Seasons.
