Spent his youth touring the SF Bay Area with metal act CONFUSION, experimental rock act IMPS, and eclectically acoustic act THE RABDAU UNIT among many other odds and ends while studying Jazz and Latin rhythms. His focus then switched to touring the California Jazz Festival circuit with the TOOT SWEET JAZZ BAND. Plays D'Amico drums and Zildjian cymbals.

Teaches guitar and bass professionally. Plays Fender guitars and amplifiers.
