Sadox formed in February of 2006. Their first CD, In Silence, will soon be a force to be reckoned with. Sadoxâs intergenerational message is one of hope in the face of struggle, love in a hateful world and resolve in a downtrodden society.

Nick Bollinger leads the band with an organic, full sound. His lyrics, an unusual form of prose, deepen in meaning each time they are heard. Multiple sounds emerge from Nickâs guitar during each and every solo or riff, creating a truly otherworldly texture. The tonal range of his voice expresses a consistent and haunting melody that yearns to be heard. His influences from progressive metal and blues have led him to his unique rhythmic yet melodic style, lending to the fresh yet unusual storytelling ability that he brings to the band.

Taking the bottom end further than it ever thought it would go, Brock Wood makes bass playing an expressive and amazing art form. His counter melodies and expressive ten finger moves make for both sonic and visual entertainment. With many years of experience on the professional circuit, he has developed a talent that gives Sadoxâs three-piece band a much grander and fuller sound than most four-piece or larger bands.

Heading the beat department is Casey Stevens. Having played for years in the Dallas Fort Worth and Houston areas, his approach to drumming is as passionate as his playing. Writing each hit to perfectly compliment the mood of a given song, he never waivers from the click track in his head. Solid as a metronome, he defines Sadoxâs rhythm section with a combination of metal and ancient tribal beats. He is the rock Sadox plays upon.
