This is energetic, fast, heart-felt rock music, with more hooks than a fishing boat.
11 MP3 Songs
ROCK: Modern Rock, POP: Power Pop
Details:
Soapbox Soldier was formed in the summer of 2005. Ryan and Joel took this project underway and started writing a lot of material. They wrote about fifteen songs to be exact. The goal in this band was to create energetic, driving, and powerful rock music that was their own, but with a modern edge. After Ryan recorded some drum, bass, and guitar tracks, he and Joel set out to find other members to fill the shoes of a bass player, and a drummer.
As of May 2006, they finished recording their debut album "My Dear, Where Do We Begin". It was recorded/edited by Paul Leavitt (Cute Is What We Aim For, All Time Low) and mastered by Michael Fossenkemper (Copeland, The Get Up Kids, Santana). Its full of energetic, fast, heart-filled songs that create instant Soapbox enthusiasts. You'll be singing along to the infectious melodies. So stay tuned to their myspace and come see them throwdown in your area.
