Details:
Southern Tide, hails from Richmond, Virginia. Their music is a blend of southern rock, country, down island and just a hint of the big 80's. Formed in 1989 the band has grown to include 6 members playing a range of instruments including harmonica, steelpan, mandolin, acoustic and electric guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and the occational cow-bell "We need MORE cow-bell"!

Southern Tide, known for their live performances are always ready for a good time. Stage antics and crowd participation are a given at every show as Southern Tide prove themselves to be not only musicians but entertainers as well.

Their debut album "...and the liquor store's closed", is guaranteed to have you rockinâ one minute and sippinâ margaritaâs the next! Donât let this one pass you by! From the first track to the last it's a hell of a ride, and definitely not a band easy to be classified. So if you want to know a little bit about this band, check out "...and the liquor store's closed", as each song reads like a story book into their past and current way of life.
