Simply Real started about 10 years ago in Youngstown, Ohio singing in local churches. Three members were all there were back then (1995). The three members were Georgie Biggs, Corey Cotton and Dwayne Thornton. They all worked at the same job. Dwayne was the new hire, and one day Corey heard him sing, the sound of his voice got him an audition and that was the birth. Soon after that, Dwayne's younger brother Chris' sound shocked the group, and the rest was HISTORY! Chris Thornton made the fourth member and the debut album titled, "I'ts Time" is sure to capture the ear of the young, but is also compelling enough for the old.
