Stone Cold Player is the brainchild of Stevo Théard, a veteran touring and recording musician whose credits include a long stint as drummer, background vocalist, and musical director for Terence Trent DâArby; and many years touring and recording with Dave Koz and friends. The concept for the project was to establish a musical entity where Stevo could create and present music and musicians that inspired and appealed to him. This first volume finds him in a chilled out lounge mode thatâs funky and sexy at the same time. âStone Cold Player is music that I would listen to even if I didnât create it,â he says. â I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.â
