THIS IS WHERE THE BLUES MEETS ROCK N'ROLL - 'BLUES HAS NO BOUNDARIES' says Pete Mitchell the UK Stratmaster - Rocking Blues Guitarist/ Singer-Songwriter. In the 70s Jammed with Muddy Waters in London, while working with own band 'Special Brew' who were signed to Dick James Music. He also worked with Roger Giffin in the Late 70s with 'Special Brew'.In the 80s Pete worked with Carl Wayne from the 'Move' on his solo project. In the 80/90s worked with own band 'DRIVE' Rocking Boogie-Blues Power Trio, touring the pub and club circuits around the UK. 2000/5 recording and writing etc. 2005 Started working on his unique solo CD project 'Cutting The Mustard'. All 10 trax are self-penned original songs, driving, beer drinking music, and are laced with infectious guitar. 'Cutting The Mustard' is where the Blues meets Rock N' Roll. Pete's book just released, titled 'Outside Looking In' (autobiography) is about a working musician, gigging and playing over 30 years, around the pub and club scene, in the UK. A must read for all gigging musicians.
