Steven Ossana is a singer/songwriter originally from New York. After moving to CA, he worked on various projects and recording sessions at One on One Recording Studios in North Hollywood. He also worked on the NBC sitcom "Partners". Steven then signed a recording/publishing deal with Polygram/Mercury records with the band Rob Rule. Rob Rule recorded their debut CD with legendary producer Don Gehman (John Mellencamp, Rem, Hootie and the Blowfish, Tracy Chapman).

Rob Rule's first single debuted at number 38 on the billboard Album Rock Tracks. Rob Rule also appeared on the movie soundtrack for the Polygram Entertainment release of Black Panther. MTV supported the video single "She Gets Too High". Steven and the group toured America playing 3,000 to 30,000 seat venues with such acts as John Mellencamp, Sheryl Crow, Joan Jett, Da Da and Candlebox. After a year and a half of continuous touring, Rob Rule then recorded their second CD with producer Niko Bolias (Neil Young). Producer Rick Parasher (Pearl Jam, Nickelback, Alice in Chains) mixed the CD. The band however broke up somewhere in the heartland of America due to- you guessed, it musical differences.

Steven has since set out on his own and has released three independent CD releases for Winding Roads Productions. He has received radio air play of four singles from his solo releases. He also records local acts and continues working on new projects. Most recently the acoustic duo STONE WALLS with NY's own Chris Lynn. Chris has been playing at New York clubs for the past 10 years, and is well known in the music scene. They will be performing at THE BACK FENCE in the village on Saturday, March 18th, 2006 on Bleecker St. in New York's Greenwich Village.
