Sonja is the co-founder and Minister of Music of HPCE. She is best known for writing the song entitled âMore Abundantlyâ that was initially recorded by Ricky Dillard & âNew Gâ (New Generation Chorale). âMore Abundantlyâ appeared on the album, âThe Promiseâ, which was nominated for a Grammy award and was on the Billboard charts for several weeks. This song became so popular that it was played in television and movie projects and re-recorded by various artists.

For those who know of her song writing ability, the question is often asked, âwhat is she doing with her musicâ? Sonja answers this question with the debut CD entitled âPRAISE ON MY LIPSâ.
