Scratcher is a dynamic mix of dissimilar personalities from opposite coasts, backgrounds and ages. An unique concoction that bleeds together to produce tight, catchy pop-rock confections that are arena ready.
Fronting Scratcher is Melissa Kanester. The baby (or better yet "babe") of the band is a burst of energy from San Diego. You would swear her tattoos leap off her skin as she belts out the frantic verses of "Still Waiting".
Lead six-stringer Dylan Mitchell is a guitar players guitarist. With an encyclopedias worth of riffs stored in his fingertips and never stops learning more about his instrument 20 years after picking it up.
Multi-talented Brian Kerr can do it all. Recently hanging up his bass to help provide a fatter guitar sound to Scratcher. He also provides backround vocals and tickles the ivories on occasion.
