Ian and Kim McGill are international artists who take it very personal in their music and write from personal experiences with the Lord through a 'Word' and 'Faith' centered life. "Only what you do for Christ will last," is there belief and it is their desire to lead people to a fulfilling relationship with Jesus Christ. With this album it didn't come without hardships, but seeing those who have been encouraged at the performance venues and churches, in and outside of the U.S. make it all worth it.
Thematically, each song in its order describes and, or acknowledges aspects of that 'Walk in the Spirit' and ultimately leads you to that Psalms 1:1 experience.
The contemporary Gospel element is evident in the use of brass and wood wind instruments, piano and keyboards, stringed instruments, symphonic percussion, new sounds (all sequenced), vocal lead and background. It is truly well arranged in its aspects and good for all listeners.
