"Dangerous Thing" was written by Marc Corey Lee but never released. Several stellar California Musos contributed to this recording including pedal steel great, Gary Brandin who plays on Spongebob episodes, Skip Edwards on Piano from Dwight Yoakam's band, and Richard Bredice on baritone a lead electric. This song was cut "live" (with everybody playing at once). Only the baritone, piano and lead vocal was overdubbed. The first take is the one you hear since the band was going for a more "live" sound than a polished studio vibe. The inspiration for this song came from Marc's riding the "Pacific Liner" Amtrak train regularly while he was dating a girl in San Diego.
