Bryan has been playing drums since he was old enough to hold sticks. The guitar and keyboard were soon added to his repertoire. His influences include Phoenix, Vampire Weekend and The Strokes, whose bright sounding guitar sounds can be heard echoing through through the melodies of many a Solwake song. This bright sound coupled with Bryanâs simple laid back melodies and beats layered onto driving synths and orchestral backgrounds lend a rich quality to Solwakeâs music which distills down to something that is best described as ⦠fun.

Khary started singing on his church choir and has been dabbling in electronic music production since before FL Studio was known as Fruity loops. With varied tastes ranging from Nine Inch Nails to Paul Simon to The National to The Foo Fighters, his vocal style is hard to pin down but often conjures a moody feel, with high splashes of tonal color that reflects the passion he brings to Solwakeâs musical signature.

This heady mix of flavors has been simmering in one form or another since 2010 as these artists work to achieve the perfect balance between the various elements from their wide musical palate to produce this fun but emotional experience - Solwake.
