Exeter indie band Bright Lights Big Zombie would like to share with you their debut 12 track self titled ragged noise-pop masterpiece.

Taking inspiration from pop heroes such as The Velvet Underground, Ride, The Stone Roses, Suede, Syd Barrett & Tap Tap. This album has been a labour of love from the newly formed four-piece, three of whom had previously plied their trade under the name Console.

Now with a new drummer as well as a new name, the band have a settled line up of Leo Collett (also ex-A Fine Day For Sailing & Count To Fire), lead vocals and rhythm guitar; Dan Wright, lead guitar and backing vocals; Sam Hemmings, bass, and Tom Davies replacing former Console drummer Steve Milton .

Produced by Andy Fonda with Leo Collett, and recorded in their homes and rehearsal rooms, with additional recording at Andyâs Off The Rails Studio. Andy Fonda-produced albums by former June Bride Phil Wilson, as well as A Fine Day For Sailing and National Pastime, have received national critical acclaim.
