I was born in a town outside Atlanta.Ga. close to the Alabama,Georgia line my mother was a Cherokee my daddy Irish so when I started drinking I got into a lot of trouble,oh, yeah lots of drinking. In the early 70s I met a gutarist by the name of David Croker a small built man with very white skin deep blue eyes and get this very white afro a complete flip flop of Hendrix but, where Hendrix play on acid and uppers David played on downers and he could whale away he was out of it but, his fingers were alive I was inpressed by both mens music the reason I mention this was just not even a week before his death he sat down handed me his guitar and looked straight into my eyes and said here(you play it). Like so many others his life was cut short, but it changed my life because of the music. I began working on stage and became a member of the international alliance of stage employees know as the i.a.t.s.e in the Atlanta local where I met some very famous people and bands, all the time working on my music and writing songs, playing with different local bands working on stage with bands like the rolling stones to match box 20 to you name who? sang onstage with Joe Coker at the fablous fox, some day I am going to write a book about the things I've seen happen on stage. but anyway In 2003 we began recording and working on OUT OF THE BLUE AND OFF THE WALL . the first song magick rod was recorded at the national academy of music in Maretta,Ga. a song about the three religions and there strong convictions that have been going on hundreds or maybe thousands of years. I've have sat at the feet of Dwayne Almond and watched him play slide guitar, but I wasn't good at slide ,but in sonar butterflies on ths cd, I play glide guitar something I came up with myself. not effects all guitar. Braves Prayer was special to me because of my native amercian blood . after we had finished the music it was suggested that I just use indian words off the top of my head, after listening to the play back the hairs tingled on the back of my neck ,because after translation they told a complete story of a braves prayer. I am working finishing the translation and it will be on the second cd coming soon. this is my first solo cd on vocals, I have only sang backup with bands before, by this second cd I have become comfortable with the vocals and higher tones. the last song is with only a drum beat, my guitar and vocal, raw and unmixed influence of Robin T.
