Rich, Warm, Modern Instrumental Fantasies on Traditional Vocal Music
14 MP3 Songs
CLASSICAL: Contemporary, ELECTRONIC: Ambient
Details:
Electronic Early Music - That is probably the most succinct description of this album. Stimulating and relaxing.
Give a musician who lived 500 years ago a modern synthesizer, and imagine what it would sound like. Maybe if Tangerine Dream had used some latin Masses as a music source. Who knows? Technostolic music doesn't have lyrics. It uses the colors of sound to communicate its message.
This isn't dance music, nor is it formless ambience. This music is described as "intensely meditative," but that doesn't really tell you what it sounds like; it just describes a vibe, and a seemingly contradictory vibe at that. Shouldn't something "intense" make you uptight
or nervous? Shouldn't something that is "meditative" be relaxed, or chill, or mellow? Yeah, maybe. Technostolic music is a bit different. Sometimes, contradictions can be good.
