TriFectaFunk is an amped up rock trio. Keys, bass, and drums are all that's needed to produce this trampling 'rudeboy' eclecticism. From fugal complexity to sweet funk simplicity, they've got their aggressive fingers on it all.
Trifectafunkâs three track, self titled EP was recorded by Matt Parmenter, and mixed and mastered by Chris Schmidt at Shepherdâs Pie Recording in Cincinnati, Ohio. Matt Parmenter also did all of the artwork for the EP.
The three tracks, Pain and a Dream, Rat Race, and Walking Backwards, are an embodiment of Trifectafunkâs high energy, creative sound. There is nothing out there that sounds like this EP. Jazz, Rock, Pop, and Blues are combined to form a sound that is completely unique and unconventional, while simultaneously captivating and easy to grasp.
