Singer/Songwriter from Nashville that writes from the heart and loves guitar solos.
12 MP3 Songs
ROCK: 80's Rock, POP: Power Pop
Details:
Very rarely these days do you hear much on the radio or music television that has any kind of substance. Today's "music" is without heart, soul, and let's be honest... talent. I had a dream - the dream was to record a genre-defying album that would appeal to everyone. My tastes are of a wide variety with a strong love of 80's music, but still incorporate of many styles. My goal was to record something that I love, hope the people love it too, and tell the record industry, "hey, it's time to put real music back on the radio." I write lyrics straight out of the depths of my soul and express them through music that comes straight from my heart - basically, you get enough emotion and understanding from my PAIN to say, "hey, I've been there too." If I haven't had the experience personally, you won't hear me sing about it. I don't sing about polly and her cracker, my libido, heart-shaped boxes, friend-rape or any other mindless dribble that has brainwashed today's youth and made them musical simpletons and killed music.
Check it out and enjoy.
Cheers,
Ywain
