ABOUT TJParkinson
TJParkinson is a guitarist/songwriter from Houston, TX.
He has been writing and arranging music for the past 25 years.
As the music director at Lakewood Church in Houston, TX for 16 years, under Pastor Joel Osteen and his father Pastor John Osteen,
he wrote, arranged and recorded music for orchestra and choir as well as for special guest artists and numerous events.
He was guitarist/director of the orchestra on the TV program as well as live TV specials for Lakewood.
He also performed on and produced several live audio recordings, including âLakewood Liveâ.
Currently, he and his wife, Ruth, are members at Houston Worship Centre under Pastor Randy Needham.

God has given him the gifts and calling to write original songs for their church in Houston and for the whole body of Christ.
The focus of his music is to write âsongs for those who have no songâ, that reveal Jesus Christ in fresh, new ways, building faith in the hearts of the listeners and singers.
His songs are in many musical styles: ballad, rock, country, latin, pop, jazz, being memorable and sing-able by congregations as well as by soloists.
Many of his songs are sung by congregations every week in Houston, as well as âspecial musicâ sung by soloists and on local Christian TV programs.

He is currently completing a project featuring Houston area worship leaders singing the songs he has written, arranged, and produced.

TJParkinson Today
With many years experience as a guitarist, and music arranger, 2006 has been a year of change of direction to TJParkinson. Songwriting is now his main passion and joy.
Recording and distributing his music goes along with this new calling.

Being a praise and band leader for many years, He has much to impart to God's anointed musicians and worship leaders.
On the technical side Tim has been producing video for TV (commercials, programs and various ministry outreaches),
CD and DVD production and graphic design.
