Adam Paul Williams aims to lead todayâs church in worship. âThe focus of my latest project is on the one who makes worship possible, Jesus Christ. I want people to sit down and close their eyes and sense that they are at the throne of Christ.

âPeople get lost as they listen to what the world tells them. We need to focus on eternal things and not on things that fade away. My music is for the hearts of those who seek the truth, the truth that we are not marked by worldly standards, the truth that we are not bound by societyâs grip, but the Truth that only comes when we enter into the presence of Jesus Christ.â

That is the end toward which Adam Paul Williams has worked. Since age 4, Williams has known music was his true calling. After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas with a degree in music and kinesiology, he connected with a producer in Nashville and co-wrote songs for an independent album.

That opportunity led to full-time ministry as a solo artist and has taken Williams across the country and around the globe leading worship at churches. Early on Williams toured primarily through the South-East states but has since toured across the country. He has also performed two tours in Europe spending time in both London and Stuttgart, Germany. In 2010 he was featured at First Baptist Church in Atlanta with Dr. Charles Stanley and In Touch Ministries.

Adam Paul Williams pursues a passion and call to lead people in contemporary praise and worship. âIâve never known anything else in my life and I know this is where God has called me to be. I know when I look at the faces of people who talk to me after a concert and pour out their stories, that Iâm right where God wants me. I receive emails from people telling me that my music helped them through chemo or was part of a healing process for those who lost loved ones. Those are the times when I know that I am exactly where Iâm supposed to be,â he says.

âPeople, inside and outside the church, get caught up in what the world tells them, lies like we canât be free in our religion or that our jobs, money and status are whatâs most important in life. I hope that my music in some way lets people know that there is something greater than anything going on in todayâs world.â
