Jazz/Pop/Funk Very cool melodic stuff with heat. Listenable soft or loud, Telecaster sounds sweet.
10 MP3 Songs
JAZZ: Smooth Jazz, JAZZ: Jazz Fusion
Details:
Hi, I was born in Ventura California in 1950, and I first got into music when I heard Ray Charles sing, "What I'd Say." I borrowed my brother Dan's Stella and learned Pipeline and Miserlou note for note. I was somebody, finally! Now that I'm 53, I look back on a lifetime of friends and fun in the music business. I say business, because I'm one of those guys who's--like a lot of yous out there--played dives and stages and everything in between. And yet, through all of those times, I kept writing music and recording and, as many of my fellow musicians know, a lot of BS and T goes into that process. We're the generation who went from analog to digital, and I even remember a wire recorder when I was a kid! But I suppose I've always remained true to my roots in R and B, Jazz, Blues and Funk. That's what's on this album in various ways. But why talk about it when you can hear it, courtesy of CD Baby!
