Phil fronted vocals and keyboards in more than 500 gigs in the northeast. Too many gigs involved hauling heavy gear up icy steps in the snow before Phil moved to coastal Florida in 2001 (kind of a no-brainer, huh? - bodysurfing instead of plowing and shoveling). So the transatlantic sailor traded in his snow shovel and plow for a plastic beach shovel, new keyboards and computer, and is now recording his second hundred originals. He claims that some of the songs sound even better than a snow shovel. This album is 1 RADIO PHIL's call to party and dance. Music industry analysts have heaped praise on Phil's guitar player, Phil: Try "Big Guy" and "Over the Sky".
