Details:
Nick first started playing dance music as a junior in High School in 1965.(Three years before FM Radio became popular)
From '65 to '81 he played all over the upper midwest in bands like 'Aesops Fables', 'Phoenix', 'Rocksalt', and the underground trio 'Smith Kline and French' to name a few. He dropped out of music from '81 to '94 because, as he puts it "I got tired of playing "Proud Mary" and "Brown Eyed Girl" every night. In '94 he got invited to go on the road with a touring band(Wild Orchid) and again in '99 and '01 with "Key Lane and Shootin' Strait". "I like sideman duty 'cuz I like being in the background.""I'm strickly a part-timer." Those of us around Minnesota who know him well, know he's not half as gutless as he says, so we talked him into recording a CD after all these years, and here it is: We hope you enjoy it.

--Buzz Ottski
--Drummer

This CD was recorded on portable equipment at Nick's house in St. Paul, Minnesota. He would like to thank various members of "The University Avenue Orchestra" who donated their time.

Thanks fellas!!
