The International Rap Superstar Sean Stylz
âTo the Fallenâ Album In Stores Now

Providence, Rhode Island, March 31, 2006 â The International Rap Superstar Sean Stylz was known for the past year and a half as Captain Sean Gilfillan, a Field Artillery Officer in the United States Army. Sean originally grew up in Lincoln, Rhode Island and went to college at Norwich University, the nationâs oldest private military college. He received a 2-year Army R.O.T.C scholarship and after graduating with a degree in Business Management, went off to Germany where he would live for the next 4 years. Sean lived off post and traveled extensively throughout Europe, visiting over 20 different countries while he was there. He is extremely well educated and well cultured, fully able to discuss in detail the differences between the EU and the US, and was fully integrated into European society while he was there.

He now wants to share his views with the world. He wants his voice to be heard by all the people on the planet. His last two albums were locally released in the US and Germany but never had the political and emotional message that his new album has. âTo the Fallenâ is dedicated to the fallen soldiers of this country who give their lives for their fellow American citizens. The soldiers fight for the citizens and the citizens of our country only; it is the population who choose the leaders, direction, and therefore, the wars and conflicts of this country. This album is for those soldierâs families and friends.

Sean is different than any other single artist that is out on the market today. He is a highly decorated war veteran with a Bronze Star and 2 Army Commendation Medals and has the experience to talk about a variety of issues. Today we idolize artists that symbolize the aspects of society that we donât approve of; violence, the degradation of women, alcohol and drug use without moderation, and a bunch of other issues that donât deal with the reality of the world. This man that stands before you wants to change all that. He wants to focus the world on real issues and real lyrics that have deeper, intellectual thoughts behind them and he is doing this through Hip Hop where there has NEVER been a White, mature, educated artist to reach the younger generations and older generations alike.

The album is a fictitious Court Martial of the International Rap Superstar Sean Stylz. His âtrialâ has led to a public outcry about the mishandling of the Iraq War and the failures of the administration leading up to it. Sean saw the ârealâ Iraq war and the failures that were evident while he was in Iraq. He started to speak out against the administration and the leadership of the military. He started to open up the minds of his soldiers and fellow officers as well as the civilians at home to what was actually going on over in Iraq.

He was jailed and arrested for speaking out against the leadership while a commissioned officer in the United States Army; a violation of Article 88 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice which bars commissioned officers from using âcontemptuous wordsâ against the president, vice president, Congress and others.

During his court martial, which was attended by the President, Vice President, Secretary of Defense, and the Joint Chief of Staff among others, he was found guilty of speaking his mind, but instead staged a revolution, which failed, but led to his escape. His album is a recording of those proceedings.
