A little bit pop, with just a touch of country and a whole lot of common sense, this track shines a light on a cultural foible of which weâre all aware, but one which we seem unable to stop. Itâs great to be successful. Itâs wonderful to shower those we love with lavish trinkets and extravagant electronics. But not at the cost of losing the true meaning of the season. Itâs a simple thought, and yet not so simple at all.
Performed wonderfully by Milagro and crafted beautifully by veteran songwriter/producers Grammy nominated Jayne Olderman and J. Donte Harris, this song is a gift we could all use this year. Why canât it just be Christmas?
