Tiffâs new album, Perfectly, has been long in coming, paving its own way through many obstacles to reach this point. Many trips to San Diego, Tiffâs hometown, were made throughout the recording process of this album. Perfectly was completed in an abandoned studio hidden away in the heart of Santa Monica, CA. Information from past sessions was still taped to the doors.
Both a jazz and classical influence is clear throughout her playing and writing. Obstacles, released in October 2004 was Tiffâs second solo album. Obstacles is a collection of intricate piano pop songs. Each song exhibits Tiffâs control of the piano even when it seems like sheâs going crazy with emotion Obstacles was nominated for AAA album by The Los Angeles Music Awards 2005.
