"Good News Music" is the first major release for the rapper/DJ known as DJ Triple Threat a.k.a Barnabas. DJ Triple Threat hails from the Boston and has been making music since the age of seven. Answering the call of Christ in his life at a later age, he dramatically changed the message of his music. Now he seeks to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ through his beats and rhymes to a God seeking generation.
The album "Good News Music" pushes to show the truth of the Gospel of Christ in these modern times in various areas of life. For example, the first single, "Stance (What Do U Stand 4)" asks the question of where you stand in this world and it also presses the listener to discover there God given purpose. "The Things That Look Good" will make people examine whether they seek after the things of God or the things of this world. "He Reigns" is a posse cut that acknowledges God in his sovereignty and holiness in a new rap/worship style.
This album is backed by the scriptures Romans 1:16-17 and Galatians 1:6-9. These scriptures show that the gospel is absolute and uncorruptable. This album supports what Paul says in these scriptures and tries to represent this same message in ninteen tracks.
