Description:
an R & B laden, soulful tune about what has been the state of the nation. With singing reminiscent of Joe Cocker and guitar playing similar to David Gilmour. Experienced industry producer Darin Whittington, plays keyboards and also spent plenty of time mixing and mastering to get it right. The initial idea for the song was a two-chord vamp by Stacey Waterous who provided the studio, and the sax army you hear. Stacey honed his skills by playing with the former 90's band Bop(harvey). Recorded in Shokan, NY using Stienberg's Cubase 6, live drums, and every instrument is played by a real person with years of experience on their chosen instrument.
