T-West - : Born Troy West (Bradenton, Fla.)
T.West was a quiet kid. Lookin up to his older brother (Eddie L. West) T.West love to watch his brother dance and perform. Eddie was an all around athlete playing baseball, football, basketball, running track and even was a drum player in the high school band. T.West took all this in to his grasp. He started Dj-n local parties in his neighborhood and that how it all begain. T.West was a high shcool student at Manatee High Shcool in Bradenton when he preformed for the first time West said" thats all I needed". Althought he was an all-american football player T.West new music is what he loved the most. In high school when not at basketball or football practice he was busy mixing his own sounds and producing for other artist. So T-West decided to play his cards at producing some of his own lyrics and beats. The CEO of Scandalis Records, works constantly on new music while helping others put down their music and get their names out in the game. After a couple years his notariety in the local music business was beginning to expand, In Forida, Kansas, Oklahoma, and even parts of Texas.
T.West started Scandalis Records in 1997 while in Hutchinson ,KS. planing Jr. college football. He later transfered to Oklahoma State Univ., after his football career was over he decided to move back to Fla. and focus on music. T.West was out of music for a while because of haters.(stole all studio equipment) but now there is no stopping the Scandalis Label........................... T.West says his here to stay "so look out world"!

Chrise'- :Born Christie Marie Cannon (Bradenton, Fla.) . "The first lady of Scandalis". Music has always been a big part of her life ever since she was a little girl. Music was something positive to her life,Chrise' says it's a way for her to have a voice in this world. Being part of this group is a good thing for her because she get to express the way she feel, and get a chance to speak for the people in the same category as herself.
Her passion for music is more than words could ever say. Growing up she have always looked at TLC as a role model. The reason why she like TLC is because they have a bond that not many groups have today. She love's theconnection they have as a group and as a family. When she first came to Scandalis Records people looked at her as if she didn't have the skills to do music.As a person Chrise' always said, "That if someone just give her a opportunity that she will make a difference in the rap game as a female, and that's what T.West"CEO" has done!. Chrise, says if nothing good comes from my music at least she got the chance to let everyone see what she's capable of doing. Chrise' also says it's not easy being the only female in the group, but she loves what she learning from all the members.

J-Shyne- : Born Johnnie D. Powell (Bradenton, Fla.) ,.
J-Shyne never thought he be rapping, always inspired to play football when grow up, sports was always in his plans. But really had a love for R&B music, constantly listnening to R&B artist from the late 80's and early 90's. There is where he found a love for producing music, and interest in other types of music like Contemporary. One thing he always did when listening to music, was that he wouldn't listen to the lyrics but listening the instruments and the melodies. But his love for producing music would change at the age of 12 when 1997's Chopper City in the Ghetto by B.G. hit his ear. He began writing his raps in school or at home. Then his luck came at good timing when he met Troy West who was unaware that T.West was his uncle because West was away playing college football, that was a surprise because Shyne always heard about West and success in football and that West was starting his label back up Scandalis had it's first member. J-Shyne's goals in life is to get his degree in Physical Education and play football where he currently a college student in Jacksonville, Fla. When ask J-Shyne what if Scandalis blow up?......... "It's trouble! I gotta get how I live, it aint no other way, this my Fam I got blood in this group". " Open ya Eyes, it's Scandalis 4 Life!".

SplitA- The newest addition to Scandalis Records. He has been a Manatee County native most of his life. With the the struggles of holding down a full time job, he still manages time to put everything in his music. He comes from a family where music is almost a top priority so it be only natural. SplitA started to pursue a career the industry in 1999 while still in high school. After his dreams of persuing a professional baseball career ended due to an injury in late 1998, he has been steady working on new music. "Since i couldnt play ball i picked up the pen". After a few songs he found his place with other local artists and formed a group. After a couple months and a few mixtapes he decided this group wasn't for him. Then taking nearly a year off to work on new songs and new beats, Splita approached C.E.O. T-West about recording time in his studio. After recording "Hoppin' Out" in Mid 2005, Splita was shortly after a signed member to Scandalis Records. "It feels really good to work with other artist that share the same passion as myself for music." With tha support of his family an the streets, he's gonna give it everything...



All members who represent for the Scandalis Label have high goals and expectations. They never sell themselves short or lose faith, because they stand strong for what the believe in. They no while in the music industry its so easy to get caught up in outside influences and become distracted. Scandalis Records is 100 focused on the goals they have set and dont see any sign of stopping.
