Singer-songwriter and worship leader collide as TCK shakes your soul with a blend of true stories and authentic praise songs in this genre-defying world-pop-rock rollercoaster of a worship journey through the heart of Asia.
10 MP3 Songs
GOSPEL: Contemporary Gospel, POP: Today's Top 40
Details:
For the last six years, Todd Carter Koeppenâs eclectic world-pop-rock stylings have bridged both genre and generation gaps, making the demographics of his following as varied as the musical styles on his set list.
Todd shows no signs of stopping, as singer-songwriter and worship leader collide on his latest release, Catch Me (June 2006).
Catch Me is a worship album of a different ilk. While Catch Me offers a number of contemporary, corporate pop worship songs, you donât have to be Christian to enjoy this music or to be captivated by its message. On several of Catch Meâs tracks Todd hearkens back to his singer-songwriter roots as he takes you around the world to tell stories of the Kingdom in action. Todd rips your heart out with true stories from China (Back to Jerusalem) and India (Where Were You), then hands your heart right back with tales from Cambodia (Sinj Went Runninâ) and the Philippines (The Halo Halo Song).
With Catch Me, Todd hopes to build on the radio success of No Ladder, his critically acclaimed album, released in 2003, which saw three singles placed in regular rotation on more than 50 radio stations in the U.S. and Canada. In addition to the songs mentioned above, Catch Me features a number of hook-laden, radio ready worship songs, such as: Right in Your Way, Catch Me, and Great I Am.
