Description:

(ID 1569921)
Contemporary Jazz, Funk, with a touch of romantic film music. Sounds like a rock band from the 70's playing Pat Metheny's and Ennio Morricone's songs arranged by Jeremy Lubbok and Claus Ogerman.

12 MP3 Songs
JAZZ: Jazz Fusion, CLASSICAL: New Age

Details:
"Old and New"

"This album is divided in four suites. Each suite is characterized by a different mood."
The first 3 tracks come from my love for powerful big band funk music. They are sexy, vibrant, and positive.
Tracks 4,5 and 6 where written at night, and they talk about memories and loneliness.
Tracks 7,8,9 and 10, were inspired by my travelling. This part of the album shows my love for Film Scoring.
Tracks 11 and 12 talk about dreams".
"For me it's a return to my European jazz roots, but with the new influence of the rock and funky music I've been playing in the States for the last 3 years".

The album is entirely written, performed and produced by Giulio Carmassi.
