Robert Sanders is the most exciting Hammond B-3 Organist since the late great Jimmy Smith. Robert is the ultimate when it comes to keyboards. He has studied with the likes of the famed keyboardist Red Garland and has performed with many other greats including tenor saxophonist Marschal Ivery who recently did a CD with none other than Joey DeFrancesco, the legendary Jazz Orgainst from Philadelphia.

We can still hear the roots of earlier organists in Robert's playing such as Don Patterson, Richard "Groove" Holmes, Larry Young and Jimmy. Still, Robert has his own unique style that we are sure that you will love with it's total groove and funkiness.

Every track has something to offer and the sidemen that Robert has selected are great as well.

On guitar, Mike Fageros is featured on several solos as well as acclaimed trumpeter Ephraim Owens, tenor titan and flutist Alex Coke and drummer Gerry Gibbs who has performed with Ravi Coltrane, John's son.

We are sure you will like it. The quality is good even though it was recorded live. This spontaneous performance was never rehearsed and it really cooks.
