the 4th CD by Faux Jean, their 2nd on their own New Fidelity Records
label. Songs to dance to, and in some cases, songs to make sweet, sweet
love to. Eleven songs recorded at Mike Wisti's Albatross studios to 2"
analog tape, produced by Wisti and the Faux Jean band, comprise this CD.
Brad Kern (who has worked with Semisonic, Pharell Williams, etc.) mixed
the record. Minneapolis/St. Paul Magazine has called "Light It Up/Burn
It Down" "a Bona Fide classic." end quote. A dilletante approach to
genre has allowed country, disco, and yes, rock and roll, to sit side by
