â¦it's a very creative fusion of Gritty Ol' Skool Soul & Gospel, accompanied by a Hip Hop/R&B music format.
His style was perfected during the production of his group LaiâD BaQ while signed to Queen of Hip Hop/R&B Mary J. Blige's label MJB Entertainment, where he was known as âAxeâ. He then went on to pursue his career by successfully using his style in doing the film soundscore and music supervising the soundtrack for The film âGangster With A Heart of Goldâ The Noonie G Story Directed by Coodie and Chike (A Band Apart) Written by Adam Matthews and Produced by Brandon Himmel,Where his expertise did not go unrecognized by Harold Noonie Ward (Chicago) and the entire Block 8 Productions family. The documentary is narrated by: multiple Grammy award winning megastar âKanye Westâ(G.O.O.D/Rocafella/Def Jam) and Hip Hop legend âCommonâ(G.O.O.D/Geffen). Kwyre Boyâs style has been very instrumental in the success of several indie labels, and also the success of many, many artist in the U.K. and in the U.S.A. Being blessed to have work with and performed with such an extensive variety of talent, He has decided to take it back to his roots âGood Olâ J-ville Gospelâ and form his own label (We Family Muzik Group). Where we specialize in songs of praise, worship, trials, and lifeâs situations. Kwyre-Boy is often compared to many olâ skool greats, but holds a smooth style all of his own called âMuzik For Mature Soulzâ.
