Named after the infamous Vincent Black Shadows motorcycle of the 1950's, The Black Shadows, who hail from Hollywood California, consist of Robert Mearns on guitar, Andrew Houseman on bass and Dale Daniel on drums.
BlueXotica, (can anyone think of a cooler title?) is The Black Shadows first CD release and a stunning one to say the least. Featuring twelve original instrumentals all played in the band's inimitable style of "Blues", "Surf" and sounds that "Twang The Riff Fantastic", BlueXotica brilliantly captures the spirit and recklessness of every teenage kid whose ever picked up a guitar.
