Details:
What we have gathered about this individual's past and present has been assembled from earlier case histories by state sanctioned physicians and by the subject's own revelations.
Subject has been subject to instability since his birth. His father is a convicted rapist and murderer who
impregnated his mother during an attack. Subject was
born in April 1980, and spent his childhood years drifting
from one low-income house to another. There was some
hope of a stable environment when his mother married
an Iranian millionaire in 1986. This individual told the
family that he was a PhD who worked at a Cal State
University, but their house was raided six months after
the marriage, and the family learned from authorities
that he was, in fact, a drug smuggler who was financed by
the Ayatollah. The marriage, however lasted until
subject was 12 years old, and he and his mother both
endured years of mental an physical abuse at the hands
of this individual.
Most of the patient's extended family members have a
criminal records, and because of this element, he was
exposed to environments unsuitable for a child. His
grandmother was involved with witchcraft and voodoo,
and the subject reports that other family member took
part in incest and group sex. Though he was raised as a
Jehovah's Witness, he rejected these teaching early on,
and, perhaps because of his grandmother's involvement
with witchcraft, has previously dabbled in Satanic
worship ceremonies. His mother did her best to keep him
away from these situations, but it is my finding that this
depravation during his formative developmental years
had an adverse effect on his already established
condition.
Subject was first institutionalized in 1992 when he was 12
years old. He divorced his mother at the age 13. and
remanded himself to state custody for the remainder
of his adolescence. His intensive therapy included the
implementing of dozens of medications including Lithium,
Demerol, Raxol, Resberadal, and Depacote. However,
patient was resistant to the employed therapy, and was
in turn passed along between several mental
institutions, group homes, and residential living
programs, None of then seemed to improve his stability,
as the conditions at these facilities were admittedly
inadequate. For some time, overcrowding denied the
subject the opportunity to even share a room with other
patients. He slept in the hallways of these institutions
for months at a time
Subject has a history of violence, both against himself
and against others. He was kept under 24-hour
supervision, as doctors feared he would be a danger
to himself, and other patients, at age 14, he managed to
obtain large amounts of PCP, and overdosed after a two
day binge. Obviously, this patient recovered. at age 18, as an adult, subject was released from the institutional
system and left to his own devices. Currently, he acts as
a functional member of society, but I fear a regression
could be looming on the horizon. He busies himself with
music, which seems to be a positive creative outlet to
occupy his mind. Yet, even the music is saturated in
darkness, and I think it is possible that his immersion in
this bleak subject matter could trigger further episodes.
Subject currently resides in a state of self-imposed
isolation, and does not socialize much outside of his
necessary interaction at his workplace. At this point,
the patient has been very forthcoming with his progress.
However, should he stop taking his medication, or
become resistant to it, I can not speculate what this
subject is capable of.
