With eight years of playing under names such as "Miscellaneous Grooves" to "Shaggin Wagon" to "Dump Truck", founding members Quinn Cox and Sutton Papanikolas move on and on. Now with the power of drumming sensation Rex Havoc, The Wagon gives birth to "End of Summer".
Their first major effort, "End of Summer" is a testament to the good times, and everything in between. This is an E.P. that encompasses their range of versatility and songwriting. The band is proud to unveil their finest feat to date.
Kicking off with the Country P.B.R. Anthem "Summer Gold" that is quickly followed by the punk-driven "F U Pay Me", moods shift with no time to spare.
The EP moves forward with the entrancing chants of "Lioness" that bump with a groove that moves the heart. "D.U.I" creeps in with lilting petal steel, piano, and a rock climax that leaves everyone singing. Finally, the anthem "End of Summer" completes the album with its infectious rock/dub attitude.
