I've been playing in bands since the age of 13, And writing songs as well. I have played in alot of clubs and also have done studio gigs. My main instrument is Guitar,I play some piano, drums and I play Bass. I own a music store in Jackson Ohio Since 1975. I also teach music.Some of my favorite music is: Rythem and blues, old Rock"n Roll, Crountry and the old Hymns.
Back in 1966, I was in New Orleans recording an album, when I got drafted and sent to Viet Nam. I wrote a lot of songs before Nam, but after Nam, words didn't come to me as easy.
I have always wanted to record some of the songs I wrote back then, and now, I finally have! The title of the CD is "Now and Then" because I interpreted the songs now, that I wrote back then. My brother Larry and I recorded the songs in my studio up above my music store, Hummingbird Music Center in Jackson, Ohio. I hope you have as much fun listening to the music as we did making it.
