The Italian Milano-based record label and booking agency âFeelinâ Good Productionsâ has supported an extensive roster of blues musicians in their continuous effort to play their music for as many blues addicted lovers as possible. By booking them for shows all over Europe, the label has been laying the basis for releases of the work from these artists on cd. The first twenty releases by âFeelinâ Good Productionsâ contain hours - even days - of splendid blues music and have reached thousands of fans.

Gail âMojoâ Muldrow
Hailing from San Francisco, Gail Muldrow is a multi-talented blues singer and guitar player who has shared stages with a.o. Prince, Chaka Khan and Johnny Otis. Her raw and energetic style is each time transforming her live performance into a memorable event for all attendants. âFeelinâ Good Productionsâ did release four albums of Gail Muldrow and she is providing 5 splendid contributions to this compilation, a.o. three cover songs with Willie Dixonâs song âI Wanna Make Love To Youâ, Wild Cherryâs hit âPlay That Funky Musicâ and Wilson Pickettâs soul classic â6345789â.

Andy Just
Andy Just is a notorious blues harmonica player that blends jazz and rock music into his heartfelt blues tracks. He shared stages with some of the âgreatest of all timesâ blues musicians like B.B. King, Buddy Guy, Bo Diddley and John Lee Hooker. Andyâs contribution to these 2 albums consists of singing and playing harmonica on 5 tracks and he invited Veronica Sbergia to provide female vocals on the track âDirty Mother Foyerâ. Next to his solo work, Andy Just also creates scores for films and commercials and he is playing harp since more than two decade with âThe Ford Blues Bandâ.

Sonny Rhodes
As a true blues musician originating from Texas, Sonny Rhodes is a passionate vocalist and greedy guitar player, being a performer on stage since more than 50 years. Influenced by artists like T-Bone Walker, Albert Collins and B.B. King during his career start, he gradually has developed his own unique sound around his distinctive self-composed storytelling blues songs, by now more than 300 originals in total of which three great tracks can be found on this compilation.

The San Francisco Gospel Singers
Gospel music and blues are so closely linked to each other that evidently also this style had to get a place on this record. The six female vocalists of âThe San Francisco Gospel Singersâ are bringing a cappella gospel songs with a strong edge into the basic religious roots of this traditional music style. Their brilliant voices - alongside with their unique energetic live performance - are not to be missed at any possible occasion.

Cassandra Mathews & The San Francisco Gospel Divas
Cassandra Mathews is a composer, arranger, piano player and one of the six female singers of the above-mentioned âThe San Francisco Gospel Singersâ. She has also released her own album with gospel music, together with âThe San Francisco Gospel Divasâ, being soprano Elisa Anderson, alto Bernetta Dunham and tenor Karen DeVone. âLetâs Praise The Lord!â is their successful effort to present a range of religious inspired gospel songs that are supposed to be spreading âGodâs Wordâ.

Detroit Gary Wiggins
Gary Wiggins started his music career in the sixties as saxophone player in a band from Detroit, called âThe Impacsâ. After having toured with countless bands, he started a solo career in the early â90âs. His amazing playing on the tenor sax became his trademark in different music styles like soul, jazz and swing, but his heart has all the time been very close to playing the blues. And that Gary Wiggins also may be regarded as an excellent singer can be heard on the two tracks that he is contributing to this record.

Texas Slim
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, blues guitarist Texas Slim - who took his name from a character in a popular comic strip - has been building intensively on his reputation as blues musician and vocalist. During his sweaty and dynamic live performances, he incorporates soul music into his authentic Texan blues songs. There are 5 songs from Texas Slim on this compilation, all being extracts from the two albums âLucky Mojoâ and âCookinâ With Gasâ that were released by âFeelinâ Good Recordsâ.

Brian Templeton
The Boston blues scene has delivered an amazingly powerful singer, harmonica player and songwriter with Brian Templeton, who started his music career more than 20 years ago. His impressive stage performance - backed by his great band âThe Radio Kingsâ - has become a legendary event within the contemporary blues scene. After going for a solo career, he still is a true entertainer who succeeds in making his audience dance, clap and sing along. That is how he has created his extensive loyal group of dedicated fans, as is also demonstrated on the live record âBluesiana Rock Caféâ from 2007.

Shawn Pittman
Shawn Pittman is a soulful blues guitarist and gifted singer-songwriter from Austin, Texas. With only 36 years of age, he is still a youngster in the blues scene, yet his dynamic guitar playing skills are generally recognized as being amazingly strong and exciting. He can be proud of his already very extensive discography and of the comparisons of his music and style with Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jimmy Vaughan. This âMaster Of Texas Bluesâ deserves to be monitored closely by any true blues lover.

Vivian Vance Kelly
Barely 4 years old, Vivian Vance Kelly was already singing in the gospel choir in the Baptist church of her father, located in Chicago. Since that time, she never stopped singing gospel songs in churches and self-composed blues songs in several clubs of Chicago. That is where this very strong vocalist got the title of âChicago Blues Queenâ. Why that was well-deserved can be heard on this compilation to which Vivian Vance Kelly contributes 3 tracks, all extracts from her great album âRock My Soulâ.
